About Pokémon Atlas

Pokémon Atlas is an unofficial fan web app operated by rrih. It lets you explore Pokémon from different angles and arrange several Pokémon in a scene. It is not operated, provided, endorsed, or approved by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or their affiliates.

You do not need an Atlas account. Available models, forms, animations, and features may change. The app includes visual adjustments and approximations; it does not promise an exact reproduction of an official game's appearance or behavior.

Ownership and permissions

Pokémon names, characters, models, textures, artwork, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures, and GAME FREAK.

The open-source license for this app's original code does not include rights to those assets. Credits and availability in this app do not grant permission to redistribute, sell, or commercially use them. See the Rights & credits for sources and the code license for the terms applying to the original program.

Pokédex information

Descriptions include game entries with their editions, Atlas summaries based on official Pokédex pages, and descriptions of basic data. Source labels distinguish these and identify the source and verification date. When a form page includes a description of the base species, it is identified as such. See Rights & credits for the sources, including supplementary Japanese and Chinese information.

Your images and saved scenes

Choose background images you are entitled to use, respecting other people's copyright, image rights, and privacy. The app processes and saves backgrounds on your device. Selecting an image does not publish it or send it to the operator. The operator does not acquire a right to use your image in advertising or promotion.

Downloading an image or scene does not transfer any third-party rights. Before publishing or sending an exported file elsewhere, check the rights to its images and characters, permission from any people shown, and whether it contains personal information.

Scenes, favorites, and backgrounds are saved for use in that browser or device. They do not automatically sync between devices. Browser data deletion, storage limits, or device failure may remove them. Export scenes you want to keep using the available save tools. A scene file exported with its background includes that image; sending the file to another device also sends the image.

Using the service

Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, or interfere with the service. Analytics is optional: you can view models and create scenes without agreeing to it.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app may display up to one small, fixed-size, non-personalized advertisement. It does not use Auto ads, full-screen ads, or sticky ads, or automatically refresh an ad when you switch Pokémon or as time passes. An advertisement does not mean that the operator or Pokémon rights holders endorse the advertiser's products or services.

Advertising and analytics choices are handled separately. See the Privacy Policy for information about Google's consent service, information processing, and how to change your choices.

Changes, availability, and responsibility

Maintenance, errors, source changes, or rights-holder requests may require us to change or remove features or assets, interrupt the service, or end it. Where practical, we will announce significant changes in the app.

We do not guarantee that all information is accurate, that the app works on every device, or that local data will be preserved indefinitely. These terms do not limit your mandatory legal rights or exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Contact and rights requests

For issues, privacy questions, or concerns about an asset's rights, contact the operator through the repository's GitHub Issues. For a rights concern, identify the page or Pokémon, the asset at issue, and your relationship to the rights holder, using information you can safely make public. We will review the report and reconsider the affected material where appropriate.

GitHub Issues are public. Do not post addresses, telephone numbers, identity documents, confidential contracts, or other private information. GitHub's own terms and privacy policy apply when you use its service.

Changes to these terms

We will publish revisions and an updated date on this page. We will provide appropriate notice of changes that significantly affect users.
